New to Pilates or Reformology?

We’ve got you covered! Learn more about what to expect in your first session.

Each 50-minute session — whether it’s Reformer, Tower, Mat, or a Private — follows a carefully designed flow. You'll begin by connecting to breath and gently waking up the body, then move through a series of exercises that build strength, balance, and control. From supportive foundations to advanced variations, our instructors adapt the work to match your experience, goals, and energy that day. Each class format offers something unique:

How to Prepare

Grip Socks

Come with form-fitting, comfortable clothing. Our studio requires grip socks for all classes.

Bring Water

Bring water or a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during classes. You can also bring a sweat towel with you.

Arrive Early

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in, take a tour of the studio, and get prepared for your class

Share Any Injuries

Notify your instructor of any previous injuries you may have or any modifications that you might need.
