An Atlanta native, Stephanie Dietrich’s journey is one of creativity, resilience, and reinvention.
A proud graduate of Grady High School, now known as Midtown High School, Stephanie went on to earn her degree from Georgia Tech, concentrating in Industrial Design within the College of Architecture. She built an accomplished career spanning more than 20 years as an Environmental Graphic Designer, specializing in signage, wayfinding, branding, and visual communications for the built environment. Her work has been defined by a deep understanding of manufacturing methods, efficient production processes, and the ability to bring complex ideas to life, from initial concept to final creation. Yet, it was a profound personal loss that sparked the next chapter of her story.
In 2016, while recovering from back surgery and raising two very young children, Stephanie’s husband passed away suddenly. Facing both physical recovery and overwhelming grief, Stephanie leaned on therapy and eventually became a facilitator herself, helping others navigate loss.
It was during this time that Pilates entered her life, not simply as a workout, but as a transformative healing practice. Alongside therapy, Pilates became her foundation for rebuilding mental, emotional, and physical strength. It helped her reclaim resilience, courage, and balance when she needed them most.

Yuli is originally from New Jersey, and moved to Georgia in her late teens. Growing up, she was always very active. Yuli did gymnastics and played soccer, with soccer being her main focus.
About two years ago, Yuli discovered Pilates as a personal hobby, but her connection to it became much deeper after her father suffered a serious injury. Even after three months of physical therapy, he was still experiencing significant pain. She introduced him to Pilates, and they began attending sessions twice a week. Over time, Yuli watched his condition slowly begin to improve.
Seeing his progress firsthand was incredibly powerful. It showed her how transformative Pilates could be, not just physically, but emotionally as well. That experience sparked her commitment to the practice and made her curious about the science behind it.
Because of that, Yuli decided to pursue her certification and become a Pilates instructor so she can help others experience the same healing and strength that her father and she did.

Pilates entered Trang’s life after a severe car accident left her with chronic neck pain and multiple bulged discs throughout her spine. It became the only form of movement that allowed her to train without pain and ultimately reshaped how she approached exercise, shifting her focus toward more intentional movement. With a consistent Pilates practice, she was able to return to strength training and Muay Thai. This ultimately ignited her desire to become a Pilates instructor and by March 2026, she completed her 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification through The Studio Pilates in Atlanta, GA.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Georgia State University and will graduate in Fall 2026. Her academic focus is psychiatric epidemiology, with a commitment to improving mental health outcomes in disadvantaged populations. Mental health advocacy sits at the center of her work and purpose. Outside of graduate school, Trang spends her time teaching Strength & Conditioning and Kickboxing classes. She has been NASM-certified since 2021 and has spent several years practicing kickboxing and Muay Thai. She strongly believes that movement is medicine and hopes to integrate her extensive background in fitness and movement into her future work in mental health.
When she’s not teaching, Trang is a self-proclaimed homebody with a talent for turning hobbies into collections. You’ll often find her reading over coffee, caring for her plant babies, gaming, or dreaming up her next craft project. She has a soft spot for animals, a love of fashion and make-up, and an enduring fascination with all things horror and sci-fi. Above all, she’s driven by curiosity and is always excited to try something new.
Trang is thrilled to begin her journey at Reformology Pilates Studio and can’t wait to share her fun, supportive, and challenging teaching style with her clients. She believes movement should be something you enjoy, and that lasting results come from building a practice that feels both rewarding and sustainable.
