Expect to explore deeper ranges of motion, build stamina, and refine your ability to move with intention and precision. Each session pushes the edge of your physical and mental capacity, helping you develop mastery from the inside out.

This class is as much about focus and body awareness as it is about power. The work is more intense, but the payoff is transformative.

Level: Advanced – For those with solid Reformer experience. Instructor approval required.

Expect intentional sequencing, layered resistance, and continuous flow that incorporates both the Reformer and additional props to challenge stability, coordination, and muscular endurance. The combination of springs with weights and/or bands allows for deeper loading, smart support, and a workout that pushes you forward.
